Garrow Consulting, Inc. specializes in research, evaluation, trainings, project coordination, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and public health consulting. We support nonprofits, government agencies, tribal entities, and other organizations with project goals and objectives, creating and executing evaluation plans and research protocols, and building workforce capacity.

Our clients are based locally in Northern California and across the United States and Canada. Our training and technical assistance experience includes international participants.

Rebecca (she/her) has more than 15 years experience in public health, research, and evaluation. She has coordinated projects in disciplines such as COVID-19, nutrition, physical activity, obesity prevention, tobacco cessation, asthma, skin cancer, chronic disease prevention, tribal farmers markets, homelessness, food access, community health work, active transportation, and bicycle advocacy.

When she’s not running Garrow Consulting Inc., Rebecca enjoys bicycling, hiking, reading, dancing, CrossFit, America’s national parks, consuming exciting foods and beverages, and watching her chickens forage in the backyard.

Our Consultant Network

We work with a strong network of consultants and subcontractors on a project-specific basis to bring specialized skills and expertise to your project. This includes biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and cultural and linguistic advisors and data collectors. Our team of bilingual and bicultural associates are proficient in Spanish, Russian, Hmong, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. All consultant agreements are compliant with AB5 (enacted January 2020 in California).
